Collection Pot announces expansion with the key appointment of Rowan Ling to a newly created role, Head of Customer Acquisition and Success.
Collection Pot continues to see exponential growth and adoption of its group collecting platform, with new customers and corporates joining the thousands who are creating Pots for all occasions on a daily basis.
Vastly experienced in building and designing websites along with user centric experiences for all manner of clients Rowan brings to company specialisms in ecommerce, payments, and retail customer loyalty. He stated: ‘I take a data driven approach, while maintaining a pragmatic outlook on what is beneficial to the end user.’
He added: ‘After watching Collection Pot continue to from strength-to-strength during the pandemic, I’m now excited to be a part of its future. It’s a really innovate product, I can’t wait to build upon it’s already successful user base in the UK and beyond!’
Rowan holds a Management degree from the University of Surrey and post-graduate qualifications from General Assembly.
