My name is Svetlana. I am Ukrainian, who lives here, in the UK with my husband and daughter. As we speak, my parents and friends are hiding from bombs, missiles, vacuum bombs, and aggressive, relentless military assault back home, in Mykolaiv, Ukraine. Many people have already been left without a roof over the head. People are fleeing, leaving with nothing but the shirt on their back.
I couldn’t stay aside, that’s why I started my campaign to collect and send donations from the very beginning of the war.
What makes us different from the larger charities?
We are able to rapidly get the right aid to the people who need it most in Ukraine.
How are we able to do this?
We know very reliable people on the ground inside Ukraine with networks who can get Humanitarian Aid to the people who need it.
All the money we raise will get used effectively to move supplies into Ukraine, whatever you give will make a difference.
What we send can never make up for this humanitarian atrocity, but we know it really helps in so many ways.
Thanks very much
