Visa Direct is currently only available to holders of Visa debit cards issued by UK banks and allows secure, rapid and convenient redemption of your Pot, directly to your account.

Please note that when redeeming to your Visa card, you may see a ‘zero value’ for the transaction in the authentication process – this is totally normal and expected. After confirmation that the payment has been successful, the balance in your Pot will update and the funds should then be available in your bank account within 30 minutes, though depending on your bank (primarily Santander & Co-op) it may not show until the end of the next working day.
