Can I withdraw my Pot to a bank account?
United Kingdom
Pots can be instantly transferred to almost all bank accounts, free of charge. Unfortunately, we currently cannot accept Chase and Citi Bank cards or any corporate debit cards for instant transfer.
Funds usually reach your account in seconds, with the exception of users who bank with Santander or the Co-Operative Bank, where typically the transfer can take up to 24 hours.
Ireland & Italy
Pots can be transferred to a bank account, free of charge when provided with an IBAN. Transfers are processed instantly, however, please leave up to 24 hours for the funds to arrive in your account. For security purposes, we will require you to complete an identity check prior to completing the transfer using an official photo ID such as a driving licence or passport.
Australia
Pots can be transferred to a bank account, free of charge when provided with a BSB and Account Number. Transfers are processed instantly, however, it can take up to 2 days for the funds to arrive in your account. For security purposes, we will require you to complete an identity check prior to completing the transfer using an official photo ID such as a driving licence or passport.
New Zealand
Pots can be transferred to a bank account, free of charge when provided with a SWIFT/BIC code. Transfers are processed instantly, however, it can take up to 2 days for the funds to arrive in your account. For security purposes, we will require you to complete an identity check prior to completing the transfer using an official photo ID such as a driving licence or passport.
How long do I have to spend my Pot?
A Collection Pot will remain redeemable for 6 months from the date of closure, before the Pot is refunded back to contributors. We will attempt to remind the Pot owner or recipient to ensure that this doesn’t happen!
